What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE within the European Union.

What is the estimated time for my product to arrive?

1 working day (in Europe) and 2-3 working days (outside Europe).

What happens if my laptop stops working?

That shouldn't happen, because we always check our computers very carefully before putting them on sale, but in case it happens, simply contact us describing your problem. A DHL courier will come to your house to pick up the item and send it directly to us. We are going to repair it and send it back to you. Absolutely NO costs for you.

Do you provide any guarantee on the items you sell?

Yes we do! Every laptop/computer comes with a 6 months door-to-door warranty.

Can I come and collect a product from your stationary shop?

Yes, you could come to our stationary shop to pick-up previously bought item. In case you have any other questions regarding the item, contact us and we will provide you with all the information you need.

Do you sell any devices previously defected?

No, we only sell fully working, ready to use devices.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes we do!

Are your transactions VAT-free?

No, prices include VAT.

Can I pay with COD (cash on delivery)?

No, but we have many other payment methods.
